100% Whole Wheat Pizza Recipe!
Do you want to eat a healthy pizza with no processed meats, no white flour? here you go, this is my whole wheat pizza recipe.
ingredients for dough:
* 100% whole wheat flour
* yeast
* water
how to make:
take out 2 cups of whole wheat flour, and then use some yeast
put in a mixing bowl, before adding the water, make sure your dry ingredients are mixed first
next pour in some water and then you'll need to knead the dough,
when doing this, dont forget to sprinkle some whole wheat flour on your counter top, so the flour doesnt stick.
once your done doing that, put your kneaded pizza dough in a container, and put a dish towel over the top of the container to let it rise, until the dough stops rising.
pizza toppings:
* primo pizza sauce
* white cheese shredded
* kale
* bell peppers
* green pepper
* jalapeno peppers
* mushrooms
* onions
* thyme
* pairsley
* rosemary
* organo
directions;
Spread some pizza sauce onto your pizza dough
then add on your white cheese
after that you can start adding on all the vegetables and herbs
once that is done, you can put it in the oven on a pizza pan on 450 f
until its crispy golden.
