Whole Wheat veggie wrap recipe

 Hi, this is how you make my whole wheat veggie wrap! 

this wrap is Vegan / Vegetarian friendly. 

Ingredients: 

dempsters 100% whole wheat wraps

kale

bell peppers 

romaine lettuce

purple onion

ground tumeric

cumin

red pepper flakes

thyme

rosemary

pairsley

oregano

light mayo

cesar salad dressing 


Directions: 

Step1:

chop up all the vegetables you're using for your wrap, then put it over to the side.

Step2: 

Spread your light mayo and cesar salad dressing on your tortilla

Step3

sprinkle all of your herb and spices over the cesar and light mayo

Step4:

add on your vegetables onto the wrap

Step5:

Fold your wrap, until you cannot do it anymore, so everything that you added to it; stays in place, then you'll want to warm up the wrap for whatever heat amount your comfortable with.

Note: I warmed up the wrap for 40 seconds, but you can do it for a lot more or less if you want.
